I’ve had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember, but always in view of recording an event rather than for any higher arty purpose.
I would class myself as a semi professional photographer, I think to go pro would take the fun out of my photography, it would become a chore to take on work that I didn’t really have any enthusiasm for
just to pay the bills.
I like to think that I have the right balance, producing professional quality images, without the need to chase work or invoices
(well I do chase payment when it’s due) :-)

I like to record events in a story format and always try to display images in the order that they were taken, so with a gallery like
Banbury Christmas Lights 2007
you  can get a real taste of proceedings from start to finish

As the years have progressed I have tried to take on more challenging aspects of  photography with a keen interest in capturing  and freezing movement whether that be in the form of a footballer in full flight or a sparrow on the wing,
